Founded by a veteran bar manager, the platform strips away legacy complexity to provide a fast, intuitive digital core for modern venues. It’s built by the industry, for the industry, under the rallying cry: "We bring the drive back to the profession!"

Summary


The project aimed to dismantle the monopoly of over-engineered, slow-to-learn management systems. We re-engineered the entire restaurant workflow into a functional, mobile-first ecosystem. TableHero allows for a complete system launch in under 10 minutes, operating seamlessly on any tablet or smartphone, including integrated payment processing.

EntreGo! is an aggressive foodtech disruptor that merges strategic brand familiarity with high-frontier robotics. Operating under the Spanish name for "I deliver," the startup is built to replace traditional, labor-heavy delivery models with a proprietary fleet of autonomous robots. It positions itself as the local, tech-driven alternative to global giants.

Challenge


Modern restaurant managers are overwhelmed by bloated software that requires weeks of staff training and expensive proprietary hardware. These "legacy monsters" drain the energy of the team and create friction in service. The challenge was to create a system so intuitive that training becomes obsolete, allowing staff to focus on hospitality rather than troubleshooting software.

  • 10-Minute Deployment: A radical "Plug & Play" architecture that enables a venue to go from unboxing to taking their first paid order in 600 seconds.

  • Integrated FinTech: Seamless payment processing built directly into the workflow, turning every staff member's device into a mobile point-of-sale.

  • Deep AI Backend Integration: We have planned a full-scale AI implementation across the backend—from generating professional food imagery and descriptions to automated technical recipe cards with instant calorie and macro calculations.

Visual Ordering System. Large, high-definition food imagery triggers "visual hunger" even for the staff. The categorized grid (Pizzas, Burgers, Sushi) is optimized for ultra-fast selection during peak hours.

Real-Time Operational Intelligence. A comprehensive analytics dashboard that provides a "bird's-eye view" of the business. From sales dynamics to ABC analysis, managers get deep insights into performance without the typical spreadsheet fatigue.

Full-Stack Ecosystem: To provide a truly comprehensive approach, we included a ready-made, fully customizable web application for end-customers, allowing venues to accept direct online orders without third-party dependencies.
